SELF/Physical
I am a warrior. I am physically and emotionally the strongest I have ever been. I have ascended to the purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and I practice boxing regularly as well. I have made working out a regular part of my life.
I love to work out and do so multiple times each week. I enjoy the constant progress of developing strength within my body. While I prioritize lifting weights, I also make stretching a regular part of my life – so that I am physically prepared and flexible for difficult situations or conflict. I do cardio every week as well so my heart health is strong.
I find time to walk every day. Getting my blood flowing is a priority to me, and I am grateful that I get to see and experience beautiful views as I go for my daily walks. I use this time to shoot content for my audience as a way to share my life, while gathering my thoughts.
I am focused, present and mentally clear. I feel unstoppable to life’s challenges.
I am the healthiest that I have been in my entire life. I feel amazing and energized. I am free of the effects of the microbes, toxins and autoimmune issues I have been fighting. I have restored my body from the adrenal fatigue and allergies that I have developed. It feels amazing to be free of the omnipresent pain that I used to feel.
I have the lowest levels of stress I have felt in a long time. I have learned not to be reactive to the difficulties of life, allowing me to see stressors for the momentary things that they are, and I no longer allow them to take up my time or energy.
I feel grateful that I can show my body off. It’s important to me to have a physique that I am proud to show off, and it feels amazing to be vulnerable with confidence for the first time in my life. I no longer feel shame or discomfort at all when being naked.
I eat cleaner than I ever have before. My diet consists of good meats and fresh fruits, with the occasional vegetables. I mainly eat perishable food, and I do not consume fast food. I also hydrate every day with electrolytes and take a variety of supplements so that my body can operate at optimal performance. The water I feed my body is fluoride-free.
I am free of drugs, alcohol, tobacco/nicotine or any intense chemicals. I leave my cell phone out of the room when I get ready for bed – and I turn it off each night. I also do not eat or allow myself to view screens after 8PM, to give my body the ability to relax.
I am well-rested. Every night I strive to get at least 8 hours of sleep to prepare my body for the demands of the next day. And when it’s time to wake up, I do so swiftly. As every day is a new opportunity to change lives, which is not to be wasted.
I am proactive with my body, running comprehensive labs twice a year to make sure that I can detect any issues early.
I have broken the habit of biting my nails as it does not serve me at all.
I have gotten corrective eye surgery for both eyes so that I can see the world and all of the beauty within it.
I have found a dentist that I love going to, and have gotten my front tooth repaired with them. I see my dentist at least twice per year to keep my teeth as healthy as possible.
I have so much energy fueling my excitement and passion to be alive. My energy seems endless, and I give it to my biggest priorities.
SELF/Character
I am a person of integrity, doing what is right – especially when it is difficult to do so.
I am courageous. I have gone through, survived and made successes out of some of my biggest struggles.
I am seen as an inspiration by many people. My work, content, and journey inspire people to do better, to be better, and to strive for more.
I actively practice gratitude so that I stay grounded in all of the blessings that are in my life.
I am respected by many other powerful men and women that I get to share this journey with. I have grown to be a man worthy of respect in many circles. Most importantly, I am respected by myself for who I have become and what I’ve accomplished.
I am a respected leader in my teams and community. My leadership skills have evolved to allow me to build very successful businesses and place teams in them to run them, freeing me to expand my capabilities with new things.
I am very resourceful and adaptable. It is my natural state to look for the hidden opportunities in everything around us, especially during the struggles and difficult times.
I wake up every morning feeling hungry to go after a new day. My energy and persistence allow me to uncover opportunities that other people wouldn’t experience or see, because they take “No” for an answer too often in life. I don’t. I find a way to make sure that everyone wins.
I am strong and resilient in the face of challenges. While I feel fear, I have been given a gift to navigate struggles without giving them more power than they already have. I know that even if I lose, I can start again – which allows me to operate more fearlessly.
I am honest. The truth is the only language I know. My people deserve honesty, so it’s what I give them 100% of the time.
I am consistent and dependable for those I love or work with. My ability to show up, even when life is making it hard, is constant. I am there for my people when they need me.
I care deeply for my people. When my people are down, I find ways to pick them up. It could be as simple as a phone call, or sending food to them, or picking them up and going somewhere. Caring for people I love is something I am passionate about.
I am a protector of those I love. Ready in a moment to be at their side in whatever way the situation demands of me.
I am funny – very funny. It’s one of the primary pillars of my closest relationships. The ability to laugh with people has gotten me into rooms I wouldn’t have gotten into otherwise, it has helped me connect with new people in meaningful ways. I continue to invest into my sense of humor as it has become a meaningful asset for me.
I am insightful. People work with me to be able to access my strategic thinking to improve their businesses. It is a natural ability of mine to quickly look at a business and see the weak points and where improvements can be made. I am grateful I have been given this gift, and find an obligation to share it with as many people as I can.
I am loyal to my people. My closest relationships, both family and friends, are the most important things in my life and staying loyal to them in everything I do is critical for me to build a life I love, with people I love.
I am generous with my resources for people and causes I care about. Whether time or money, I share what I can with people and causes I believe in.
I am optimistic. When life gets hard, I believe I am going to make it through – I am going to succeed. I spend my energy and focus on what needs to happen to improve my situation.
I have developed empathy for people, to be able to appreciate their perspective and point of view, even if it’s different than mine is or would be.
SELF/Spirit
I review my Power Statement daily to keep my priorities right in front of me, so I stay the course of becoming the man that I desire to be, by design.
I regularly take time to share affirmations with myself, to speak the truth about how powerful I am, and how much I have to contribute to the world. I use this as an opportunity to speak to myself as an encouraging future version of myself would speak to me – so that I can take steps towards being that advanced version of myself in each moment.
I have been able to do an Ayahuasca retreat to learn more about myself and the world. Having experiences that help me see my life from new perspectives is important for me to have feedback from the world.
I am a frequent traveler, going to new and distant places in the world in search of culture, food, experiences and people that feed my soul. It is a priority for me to go places, meet people, and experience things that help me grow as a person.
I have found a men’s group that I enjoy participating in like I used to do with Bruce. This provides community, family and mentorship. I have also begun working with Shamus, who Brian Fisher introduced me to – and it’s incredible.
I read physical books every day to feed my mind and my spirit. Striving to grow through the lessons of those that came before me so that I can be a better leader, a better human, a better father, a better partner, a better lover, and to grow in all areas of life I am passionate about.
SELF/Relationships
I have an amazing group of friends that have taught me the true sense of Brotherhood. These are men that I would trust with my life, my wallet, the well-being of my family, my home and my cars. I would trust them with the most valuable things in my life – because they have constantly displayed such generosity and kindness and accountability for me. I always feel seen and supported in their presence. I am blessed to stand beside such powerful men who are each in their own amazing ways building a new world for themselves, their families and those they serve.
I have mentors that push me to be better and teach me lessons that would normally cost years of my life to learn. They turn decades into days. I have been fortunate to work with mentors such as Russell Brunson, Dan Kennedy, Robert Cialdini, Dan Sullivan, Cameron Herold, Barry Habib, Alex and Leila Hormozi and many others who have given so much to the world. I am truly blessed to be able to stand on the shoulders of such giants and to learn from their experiences.
I have mentees as well, other entrepreneurs that I share some of my time with to help them develop and point them on the path. These are hungry men and women who have displayed the grit, the hunger, the drive and work ethic to be successful – but need direction and guidance just as I have. I love to give back to these few people, for I believe they have the capacity to make a large impact on the world.
I have established a local network of relationships I enjoy, where we can get together periodically to cook steaks or Barbeque, share laughter and support each other in life.
SELF/Cool Stuff
I am living out my automotive dreams, putting together a stable of my favorite cars I’ve come to love on this journey of life.
I have finished the Del Sol, which boasts around 600HP which comes in handy during road racing events. The suspension has been fully redone, it’s been converted to AWD with the highest quality parts. The transmission is fully rebuilt, as well as the engine. The body work has been completed – and she looks stunning. She is one of the only AWD B-Series Del Sol’s in the United States, which I take immense pride in and enjoy taking to the track.
With my Del Sol, I am an award-winning NASA Road Racing driver in the SouthWest division.
I have built my CRV as a very fun to drive weekend warrior vehicle. It has a built B20VTEC engine, running boost and pushing just over 300HP. It is incredibly fun to drive and I love seeing how it turns heads as I travel around. People love my CRV. I have done a JDM front end conversion, and repainted her to be a beautiful shade of Black, and it looks amazing with the Integra Type R wheels that I had painted gunmetal. She is, what I would define as, one of the most beautiful CRV’s that has ever existed, and she is quick too. Since I installed a built transmission running an Integra GSR gear set as well as M-Factory LSD and a rebuilt rear-end, all of the power makes it to the pavement – and she’s fast.
I have built a Civic EK Hatchback that is designed for drag racing. Running over 1,000HP – it’s the most powerful car that I have ever driven. This car is fully wrapped with Authority Brand as it’s main sponsor, as well as other sponsors like SpeedFactory. This car has an AWD K-Series setup, which is an absolute machine. One of the most thrilling cars I have ever driven, and it breaks into the 9’s consistently.
I also am the proud owner of a MK4 Supra. It looks mostly stock other than performance enhancing mods, but she is beautiful – close to mint. I love taking her around, and just cruising – enjoying the passing of time on the open road. I am blessed to own my favorite car of all time.
I am assembling the remainder of my stable which includes a newer Honda Civic Type R, an older Acura NSX, a 1972 Datsun 240Z, a Honda S2000, a 2nd Gen Mitsubishi Eclipse, a Honda CRX, a Chevy El Camino, and an R34 Nissan Skyline with an RB26DETT engine.
I am a licensed pilot with my private, instrument and multi-engine ratings. When I need to get away and destress, I take to the sky – and I find it to be so liberating. Sometimes, I enjoy flying to a distant city just to get lunch or dinner, and then come home. I also love bringing my close friends and family with me on these flights so I can share the experience with them.
I feel so grateful that I was finally able to share the WW2 Tank experience with some of my closest people. We drove and fired rounds from the Sherman M4A3E8, as well as the T34/85 which is one of my favorite tanks from Russia’s selection. We also got some amazing footage and made memories that will last a lifetime. We also fired off a slew of vintage firearms. This was a bucket list experience that I am so grateful to have had.
I regularly play paintball, it’s been so therapeutic to get back into a sport that I love so much. I find it to be a great source of fitness, but it also allows me to get outside of my head and focus on something completely different. I have a few different setups for myself, as well as for friends to borrow when we play.
I finally created the Lego WW2 game, and it’s a LOT of fun. I play it with Gentry sometimes, as well as good friends. It’s a fun way to be able to play while also knowing that we can evolve the game as we go.
I have learned how to speak Spanish, so that I can carry on basic conversations with other Spanish speaking people in my travels to Mexico and South America.
SELF/Resources
I have freedom of both time and money. I live with an abundance of access to both, and I spend them on the things that light a fire within me, and that I find important. I take home the most money that I have ever taken home every month. From my stake in Authority Brand and its subsequent companies, I bring home more than $50,000/month after taxes but could take more if I need or want. The companies also have a lot more cash in them, available for us to invest in our people and our businesses – which allows me to continue to expand my time and money freedom.
Money is simply a tool that I possess. It does not possess me. Money comes, and money goes. I work to deploy it as intelligently as I can on things that ignite my spirit or helps my people.
I have established an emergency fund of $1,000,000 to have for hard times as a completely liquid asset in a high-yield savings account for easy access should I need to use it.
I have full control over how I spend my time. I spend it how I want, on what I want, with who I want, when I want – for my own reasons.
My taxes are always projected and payments are set aside in a high-yield savings account so I’m never behind or surprised by taxes due.
Every year I max out my own Simplified Employee Pension plan, as well as my IUL so that I have those assets for later in life.
I have completed my will, and have all of the necessary trusts established to make sure that all of my wealth transfers to my loved ones with minimal taxation or problems.
I have secured Long Term Care insurance for myself so that no children of mine will have to deal with where I live or the care that I receive when I become old, and less able to take care of myself.
I fly first class during all my travels, I work hard and the extra space gives me more comfort, which helps me be creative when flying.
I have coaches for all aspects of my life that I am trying to be a high-performer in, like physical training, nutrition, family, business, financial, sexuality, mindset, guitar, shooting, painting cars, and more as I continue to develop my passions. This way I can show up 100% with accountability to be the best version of myself for those close to me.
FAMILY
The Schmidli Family is a fun and creative family. We inspire others by our love for each other, by our work and collaboration together, our strength and support for each other, and our constant integrity.
I am there for my family. I am a consistent and considerate father. I am a caring husband. I am the leader of my family. I make family-time a priority and I invest in my family. I control my schedule and time so that I can spend time with my family every week.
My family is the most important thing in my life. I am the very successful Business Owner that you see at his kids sporting events, school events, recitals, and field trips. I take every opportunity to chaperone or support my kids in their activities. My kids have their dad as part of many special moments throughout each of their lives.
As their father, I am consistent in how I show up. I am with them. I am there to cheer them on and support them. To lift them up when they are down. I am a present and loving father.
I prioritize time with Gentry. Often taking trips together to experience life and see the world, it’s important to me that he knows that he is one of my highest priorities. I strive to be Gentry’s hero through my actions.
I have created a YouTube channel where I read books to Gentry so that no matter where he is in the world I can read to him. I find it to be a meaningful and powerful way to connect with him in a way that he enjoys, and I want him to know that he is loved dearly – and that I am always with him in spirit, if not in body. I also have created a YouTube Channel with G, where we collaborate on different videos and share that experience together.
My partner and I have a beautiful relationship of mutual respect, admiration and an orientation towards growth that we support each other in. She is my best friend.
I am filled with gratitude for the fact that she and I always seek understanding of each other without assuming wrongdoing, and we invest mutual effort in each other and the relationship as a whole.
I feel blessed that we can share our emotions safely when called for, and to be a pillar for each other when times are hard. She brings me an unrivaled sense of peace and safety.
I love how much we laugh together, her and I have such a shared sense of humor – where we can playfully make fun of each other and the world around us, while also being serious for situations that call for it. Sharing memes is one of our love languages, and we maintain a great ratio of playful roasting to affection. We are dynamic in our communication and humor – and I am filled with gratitude that we can share in laughter so often.
We are patient with each other, and we focus on kindness in communication with each other. Our attachment style is Secure. I no longer feel the pull to be avoidant, and I want to experience all of her love. We have let go of the patterns we each have from past relationships and family that no longer serve us, so we can build our own patterns of support and compassion for each other and our kids.
It still amazes me how much trust we have in each other, to know that the other person is coming from good intentions and to operate from a place of fairness.
I am also grateful that there are good boundaries in our relationship. I am present with her when it’s our time, and she supports me and respects me when I need to focus on work. This has become easy for us to do, as I also respect the boundaries of our relationship – I do not let work creep in unless it’s a dire emergency.
I have a partner who values integrity, and always focuses on doing the right thing – especially when it’s hard. We are loyal to each other, building a life together that brings us closer to our ideals in life. She is my rideordie, together we are a power couple.
We have so much fun sexually with each other, we both pursue each other and continue to work to be attractive for the other person – as an investment into this form of connection. And just the thought of that level of effort turns me on.
I feel empowered by how masculine she allows me to be, and I am inspired by how feminine she is.
We are not timid when it comes to intensity in our sexuality either, our shared explorations often take us there, and she is so good at staying present with me so that we can both share these experiences with each other and submit to each other.
We both explore and share in each other’s desires and curiosities. And we are regularly courting each other and trying to serve and provide the physical needs of each other. Our desire for each other seems constant.
We collaborate regularly on creating a shared vision and mission for our lives together. We schedule time to review our vision and mission together by having a weekly meeting about how we are living – and if we are living up to our ideals. We course correct and hold each other accountable when needed.
We support each other in the achievement and celebration of our goals. Knowing that we are rowing in the same direction in life is such an inspiring and exciting feeling. We have a YouTube Food and Entertainment channel called Arizona Food and Fun that we use as a way to get out and go on dates together experiencing new restaurants and fun activities around the Phoenix area. We enjoy getting our date nights covered while also documenting the journey, and we get to build something together while doing so.
We support and encourage each other on our physical goals like diet and exercise. Being physically fit is a shared pursuit, and we both train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu together.
I am also very grateful that she is so supportive of my passions and pursuits, constantly encouraging me and investing in me to follow my dreams and passions. And I am grateful she lets me into her dreams and passions so that I can support and invest into her.
I have a deep respect and appreciation that we also can share about business, personal growth/development, and becoming better humans together. I love that we share this kind of growth together, and that we go to masterminds and business events together. It helps me enjoy my work that much more.
We both have a deep love for reading, learning and trying new things. I read books on how to be a better/more graceful son, as well as parent and partner. I want to always find ways to improve how I serve those closest to me – and this is a process that requires me to be vulnerable and be willing to look at my shadow and take ownership for the areas of my life that need improvement. I also love that my partner reads non-fiction books as well, and we often share and discuss our thoughts on books we’re reading to develop ourselves.
My partner and I have a healthy home, with children that we love very much, are proud of and support to become wonderful adults one day.
I finally was able to help my parents move to Arizona and retire. They sold their homes in Washington State and live near me now. We see each other multiple times per week, and it’s one of my favorite parts of the week.
I regularly spend time with my parents to share our abundant life which brings sincerely beautiful and happy moments for all of us. I am grateful they have been able to witness and share parts of this journey with me. Every time we spend this quality time together, I am so grateful to be able to share this abundant life, wealth, moments, and these experiences with my mom and dad.
I am grateful, I feel as if we have made being a Schmidli something I am proud to be again. I feel as if order has been restored to our bloodline. As if generational shackles have been broken. I am proud of the work that my family and I have done to show up for each other in a big way.
FAMILY/Experiences
Our family has established traditions. 4th of July is a big event for us, getting together with people we love – cooking amazing barbeque style food, laughing together and then watching the fireworks together.
Similarly, thanksgiving is a big deal for us as well. The act of taking a day to not only give thanks, but to highlight the amazing things that we have is an important event for us. We love to share this with our friends and family, and to celebrate them and their achievements – personally and professionally.
We have participated in Tony Robbins Date With Destiny program, which was amazing and powerful for us. We are always seeking out other programs that can unite us to be more close and supportive of each other.
We have created a community of people around us, both family and friends alike – that share in our beautiful life. Some of the people dearest to me have the understanding that they can just stop by and if I’m home, they’re welcome in.
Food is a big part of our life as well, so as a family – we experience a variety of new food. From local restaurants, to new restaurants while traveling, to even having a chef periodically come cook for us – we enjoy bonding and connecting over food.
We have a tradition where once a week, as a family, we put together a large meal for us to enjoy together over laughter. This meal has our favorite foods in it so we all have a great time.
FAMILY/Home
My family and I live in our dream home north of Phoenix; around Carefree, Cave Creek and North Scottsdale.
The 8 Acre property is fenced off with a high brick wall, topped with curved metal stakes to prevent coyotes or other predators from entering the property easily. The wall is lined with hedges of plants that both provide further separation from the outside world, as well as more privacy and natural beauty.
As you enter the secluded and gated property, you drive down a short road that leads to the roundabout in front of our 2-story Spanish Style home. The view of the home is stunning. There is a fountain in the center of the roundabout in front of the home, which further adds to the beautiful view.
Once you enter the lobby of the home, it begins to open up to a small lounge where you can greet and carry on conversations with friends and family. This room has a few comfortable couches in it. The vibe is simple and spacious.
The lower level of the house is where the shared living spaces are, such as living rooms, kitchen, dining room, etc. The downstairs rooms all have 10-foot high ceilings to give us more of a spacious feel, as well as more control over the use of each room.
As we walk around the first story of the home, we enter the first living room. This room was built to be able to host and entertain a large group of friends and family. There is a large TV to be able to play whatever we want in the highest quality available. This room also has an incredible sound system to compliment the TV. This is where we spend a lot of time during holidays. We love to be the family that hosts Thanksgiving, Christmas, and any other excuse to get our friends and family together to enjoy each other’s company. The living room is open to the second floor of the home to allow a more spacious experience, as well as provide space for a larger Christmas tree. This living room has a very comfortable fireplace that is both beautiful to look at, as well as effective at creating that cozy feeling for the holidays.
As we continue to walk, we pass the game room. This room is where I spend time with my children and their friends, as well as some of my friends, playing multiplayer games together. The room has a very high quality projector to give an immersive experience to the gamers. The room is large enough to comfortably have 6 people playing in it at any given time. There are also 4 computer gaming stations on the perimeter of the room, so that we can play as if it is a LAN party and communicate together as we play. The room is decorated with a variety of artifacts and artwork of our favorite video games that we like to play together.
Mirrored on the other side of the first floor is our home theater. This theater was built to comfortably hold 12 people at a time, with 3 rows of theater grade seating that can recline for maximum enjoyment. The room is acoustically treated to give the optimal viewing experience, as well as a high quality projector. There is a popcorn machine at the back of the theater so that family and friends can treat themselves as they enjoy a movie together. It includes all of the fixings one might like on their popcorn.
The next room is my office. This is where I have space to comfortably do my work on the computer, as well as space to host podcasts episodes and record other content types that I want to record. The office has a writing desk as well for the times I want to do some writing. The office is where I house any awards that we have received in business over the years. The walls are full of these awards, as well as mementos and art from my children.
We also have a billiard room, which is a man-cave of sorts. It’s mainly a place to be able to play pool with a few friends, but there is a TV in the room with some seating as well. It also has a full-sized air hockey table, and a combo arcade game custom wrapped with our family and friends drawn as the Simpsons characters around the arcade game.
The next room is a home gym that also has access to the backyard pool area. In the gym, we have all of the machines I prefer to use to keep my physical shape in top condition. Machines for back, chest, legs, as well as a squat rack, a bench press, a pull up bar, and a complete dumbbell weight set. The gym has an Infrared Sauna inside of it, and out back, by the pool, we have a cold plunge as well to temper my body.
As we keep walking, we get to the second living room which has multi-panel floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to the backyard pool area. This living room also has a fireplace and a nice TV for family and friends to gather around. While the other living room was designed for more TV use, this is still a great experience.
Next to the living room is our commercial-grade kitchen with a double-island that has all of the room and appliances to be able to cook for dozens of family and friends. This kitchen has all of the storage space needed for everything we need to cook amazing meals, and it has a walk-in pantry to store all of our food too. We also have a freezer to store meat. I like to always have steaks readily available to eat by myself, or with my family or good friends.
We have a large dining room to feed our guests, it can seat 20+ people comfortably. We have fitted other rooms to use for meals, but when it’s just our family – we sit around a smaller table so we’re closer together to talk about our day, our ideas and thoughts and lessons learned. In either way, eating is a big part of our family’s life – and these are the places we make some of our favorite memories.
In the center of the home, we have a Spanish courtyard that has a few small tables to sit and drink coffee while reading, or to eat a light meal at. There are some flowering plants growing in the courtyard, as well as some smaller fountains to have the sound of water nearby.
4 of the bathrooms for the house are downstairs to provide guests with a variety of options so that there are short wait times to use the restroom.
The last room downstairs is the library, and what I love about the library is it’s shaped like a turret, surrounded by bookshelves and it has a spiral staircase in the center that goes up to the 2nd story of the library, where there are more bookshelves and books. The library has rolling ladders to allow for easy reach of all books, but they are secured to a rail system for safe use. We also have a few cafe style tables in the library to allow people to read if they want. I have added a table with my typewriter as well, so if I need to get out of my office and go analog, I can do so easily.
As we go upstairs, this is where all 6 of the bedrooms are located – to create some privacy and space between the personal spaces of the bedroom, and the common areas. These bedrooms are all larger than average rooms, and have spacious closets in them. The upstairs has 3 bathrooms accessible to everyone, as well as another in the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is beautiful, with a large walk in closet and a spacious master bathroom. Inside the master bedroom there is a fireplace where we can relax, and enjoy the warmth while reading a book, or simply existing in each others company. The master bedroom also has a balcony to be able to go outside from our room to enjoy the scenic view of our beautiful property together.
The master bathroom has his and her sinks, a rainfall shower and a soaking tub so that we can relax. It also has a sauna and cold plunge for me to strengthen my character, immune system and resilience on a regular basis. The bathroom feels like a spa, we love how comfortable we are in our master bathroom as we prepare for our days each morning.
There is also a safe room upstairs to protect the family in the event of a home invasion or natural disaster. The room is fortified to protect against small arms fire, but also built to be stable in the event of an earthquake. It is stocked with food, water, firearms, ammunition, tools and supplies we would need if we were without power or water for weeks and there was a lack of government resources to help. We can also review the security cameras from within this room. This room is where the family has been trained to go if they sense that they are not safe.
Other features that the home have, that improve our quality of life are a whole house water purification system, as well as a complete security system, and Google Smart Devices throughout the house to help with home automation and everyday life tasks.
One of my favorite things about this house and property is the yard. It is such a beautiful and spacious landscape with everything we want in our home.
One of the things I am most proud about with this hope is the beautiful large shop with an auto courtyard that is capable of storing 20 cars. The shop has multiple bay doors, as well as multiple lifts so that many projects can be happening simultaneously. The shop also has full tool sets and welding equipment, as well as a paint booth and the supporting equipment to be able to do light body work and automotive painting. I also love that I store my pair of Armored Ferrets with functional M1919’s mounted on top here. It’s always a fun thing to see my friends reactions when they see these armored vehicles.
The 8 acre yard has a section specifically dedicated to growing a variety of fruit trees and plants. We enjoy the different crops that we get each year. Like various citrus, apples, plums, pears, apricots, nectarines, peaches, passionfruit, pomegranate, grapes, avocado, lychee, dragonfruit, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, sugar cane, bananas and we are adding more plants as time goes on. Part of the garden has also had garden beds added to it so that we can grow herbs and some vegetables every year in addition to all of the fruit.
The yard has a nature walk trail that goes throughout the property which has a beautiful desert landscape to enjoy the nature of this secluded oasis. This trail is as peaceful as one you might find at a botanical garden, and has different small ponds along it for the wildlife, as well as the peaceful sound the water makes as we walk the trail. There are benches in various places in the property to allow guests to be able to be present in the beauty of the property and relax.
One of the ponds on the property is larger than the rest, it’s a good sized pond and we added a fountain into it to provide a consistent sound of moving water. This pond has fish in it, and supplies the small wildlife with a cool place to relax when it gets hot, as well as get a drink of water.
As we exit the back of the house into the backyard, there is a beautiful heated pool and hot tub, with a spacious and comfortable lounge area and a small putting green. The Pool has a slide and a grotto so that guests, as well as us, can enjoy the pool. The lounge area has a fireplace, as well as various fire pits for guests to enjoy when we have gatherings. There are also games like cornhole, ping pong and horse shoes in the lounge area to entertain family and friends. This is one of our favorite gathering spots to entertain people we love.
Not far from the pool is our outside dining area with ample cooking space that includes a large BBQ, a smoker, a pizza oven and a prep area to do cooking outside for friends and family. Sometimes we hire private chefs to cook as we entertain. We really enjoy making memories over shared meals.
And for our family that we care for who might want to have an extended stay, or need to be close to us due to health reasons, there is a Casita on the property. It’s a beautiful home, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as its own living room, kitchen, washer and dryer. It has all of the space and amenities our guests would need to be truly comfortable while staying with us.
Our house is lovingly taken care of and maintained by our House Manager, who helps us manage our home so that we can focus on life’s work and making memories with people we love.
FAMILY/Cars
For my immediate family, we have a large Black SUV to be able to travel where we need to go for road trips and such, but also strong enough to tow some things should I need to. We also have a Ford Raptor for hauling, towing or regular-use.
We purchased my mom a new Nissan Rogue since that is her favorite car, and it is safer/nicer than any car she has had in the past. She loves it.
We also surprised my dad with an Oldsmobile 442 since that was his dream car for his whole life. But that is obviously not a daily driver, so we got him a new Nissan Altima for daily driving.
We have a local mechanic that I trust with our cars that performs all maintenance on my and the family’s vehicles to ensure they’re always operating at the highest level and on track with the maintenance schedules.
FAMILY/Travel
Traveling has been a large part of our lives. We take at least 2 trips a year that are about a week long, and try to take another 2 or 3 that are weekend getaways to connect in a new place. We’re always looking for opportunities to travel more together. We have built a tradition where each of us will have a unique trip exclusively with 1 kid at a time to connect and deepen our relationships with each other. That kid is heavily involved in guiding and planning the trip.
I have completed my bucket list desire of visiting Fairbanks, AK to see the northern lights and to go dog sledding. It was a breathtaking experience, and I am so grateful I was finally able to see the Aurora Borealis.
On a weekly basis, when we are not traveling abroad, we try to visit new food and entertainment spots locally to experience new elements of life around us.
Because we are in Tony Robbins’ Platinum Partners program and other masterminds, we go to events all over the world to share with other entrepreneurs who want more from life. We often see very exotic and beautiful places and are able to enjoy new experiences at each place we visit.
We have visited some beautiful places like Costa Rica, Brazil, Japan, Europe, Mexico, Australia, Singapore, Egypt, Morocco, Turkey, Fiji, Hawaii and Thailand, and seek to continue to add new destinations to the list of places we have experienced. Our goal is to experience the culture, dining and beauty each location has to offer.
We also have an annual vacation we take as a family to a cabin, somewhere remote without wifi or signal so we can connect without distraction, which has become a beautiful tradition that we always look forward to.
FAMILY/Resources
I am so proud of what the Queen Creek home has become. The yard is lovely, an oasis that produces a variety of fruit throughout the year. The pool is beautiful, and recently redone, it looks brand new. The house has been painted a shade of white with grayish trim, adding a more modern look to the property. There is a mural that’s been painted in the backyard on the brick wall, and where there is no mural – it’s been painted white to match the house. The cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen have also been replaced to match the Agreeable Gray/White/Gray tones of the rest of the interior. I have also replaced the rear slider with a 4 panel wide slider that steps out into a concrete slab that leads to the pool. The side of the house has also been laid with concrete so that if I want to or need to work on a car – I have no issues. I love this house, but it’s just about time to rent it out and buy the dream property.
I have added Gentry to one of my credit cards so that he can start building credit before he’s an adult, to give him a head start.
I invest a lot of my money in a variety of things for my family. Every year I max out Gentry’s IUL for him to have when he’s older. I have converted Lacey’s term to an IUL and I max out Lacey’s IUL as well so she has something for retirement. I have set up and max out IRA contributions for Gentry and Lacey every year. I also invest in an IUL and IRA for my partner as well, to make sure that she has something building value in the event something happens to me.
I have set up a will for myself, and the necessary trusts for my family for the assets we have currently to protect them and make sure that the wealth will transfer in the best means possible when something happens to me.
I have secured Long Term Care insurance for Lacey so that Gentry never has to deal with the pain of her aging and potentially becoming difficult to take care of (hopefully reducing the financial and emotional burden).
I have begun to save money to invest into real estate so that I can secure rental properties to begin bringing in cash flow from my properties. I would eventually like to syndicate these deals with McBilly, as well as have some AirBnB rental properties.
There is a property in Montana for Lacey and Gentry that has been placed in a trust so that there is a way to preserve wealth and equity in that bloodline.
My family also has a summer home in Montana, near Bozeman, where we enjoy the beautiful and peaceful ways of small town living. This property has a lot of acreage, enough to make it so the neighbors aren’t very close. This is also where I go to do extensive deep work like writing books.
Of all of these, one of the most fulfilling things for me that I’m involved in is how active we are in working with Foster Care networks to be able to support the foster kids in our local community. We donate regularly, volunteer when the opportunity arises, and are involved heavily during the holiday season to provide positivity, fun and love to as many kids as we can. It’s something that brings us an incredible amount of fulfillment and joy.
BUSINESS/Who We Are
My team manages and grows the Authority Brand group of companies/services without my direct involvement other than mentoring the leadership team.
I am incredibly proud of the team of leaders we have assembled. All of them are A-Players, go-getters, seeking to make a huge impact through their work and collaborating to do so. They maintain a culture of high-performance within the organization, and continue to hire more A-Players as needed who are fully aligned with our core values, and weed out the B and C Players. Every day, they set a wonderful example of the ideal team member.
We have developed a very thorough and successful program to hire, train and continually develop the team members that join our team. Our goal is to treat these kinds of organizational systems as if we were going to franchise so that we know anyone can run them, and have success.
Authority Brand has become a full-stack agency, offering SEO, PPC, YouTube Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, Website Development as well as our video marketing that we have continued to offer.
Our client attraction is diversified with a variety of strategies. We get referrals a lot, as well as business from direct mail and cold outreach (like cold email and LinkedIn). We also sponsor live events and generate clients through our book funnel. We have a very successful affiliate program and are partnered to varying degrees with our favorite power players in the industries we serve.
BUSINESS/Results
Authority Brand has over 350 clients across the United States that are growing their businesses through our services.
We are generating over $3,000,000 per month and exceeding a 35% profit margin, with most of the revenue being Monthly Recurring Revenue. Our company has received a valuation of 9 Figures due to it’s high and consistent profitability, strong position in the market, Intellectual Property, and organizational structure.
I have created a successful podcast where I get to interview people that inspire me in and around business, and each episode is getting downloaded by thousands of people.
I have authored at least one very successful best-selling book that helps us get clients and build authority for our business while providing massive value to the markets we serve.
I have multiple successful and monetized YouTube channels that we use to generate addition revenue while building our relationship with the markets we serve.
We have received multiple awards for our success, including a strong position in the Inc5000, as well as various industry and local awards.
Our company is known as the undisputable video marketing leader in the legal and private practice medical industries. We are also well known for the impact our collective services make when they are combined together, and because of this we work with the most growth-oriented entrepreneurs in our industries.
Because of our success, we have built a building to run our agency from within the East Valley of Phoenix, Arizona where we hire our talent from. Within, it has space for our team to collaborate together in person, as well as a video studio to create assets for the company, and a podcast studio we can invite guests to. We have made the space large enough to where we can host masterminds, retreats and other events at while providing a spacious and comfortable environment. I am very proud of our office and to see the benefits of having our team work together in person after years of less productive and connected remote work.
BUSINESS/Life
We participate in a variety of mastermind groups and networks, including: Tony Robbins Platinum Partners, Russell Brunson’s Inner Circle, Joe Polish’s Genius Network, Dan Sullivan’s Strategic Coach, Cameron Herold’s COO Alliance, Cole Gordon’s 8 Figure Boardroom, and Josh Nelson’s 7-Figure Agency.
We are also mentored by Dan Kennedy, Russell Brunson, Robert Cialdini, Alex and Leila Hormozi, and many other very successful entrepreneurs.
I have quarterly off-grid short trips that I take to unplug and think about our business without distraction for a few days while surrounded by nature somewhere.
Power Statement
I love who I have become. I love who I am surrounded by, and get to build this wonderful life with. I am grateful for all of the blessings that have been provided to me throughout the years, no matter how simple they are. I am a world class business leader, father, and partner – and each day I am becoming even better.
